This is a starting template, not legal advice, and hasn't been reviewed by a solicitor. Given Plan The Day handles guest dietary and health information — which GDPR treats as special-category data — get this properly reviewed before relying on it for real customers.
Your account email; wedding details you enter (date, venue, budget); guest information you add (names, contact details, RSVP status, and any dietary or accessibility needs); and payment records when you make a purchase (we don't store your card details — Stripe handles that directly).
Solely to provide the service you've signed up for — running your task checklist, guest list, budget tracker, and public RSVP site. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
When you invite guests to RSVP, they may share dietary or accessibility information with you. That data is visible only to you and anyone you've given access to your wedding — never public, and never shared with other users or weddings on the platform. You're responsible for telling your guests how you'll use the information they give you.
The infrastructure providers that run the service: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), and Vercel (hosting). Each processes data only as needed to provide their part of the service.
We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. No analytics or advertising cookies are set.
For as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or ask us to remove your data, we'll do so within a reasonable time, except where we're required to keep records (e.g. payment records for tax purposes).
Under GDPR, you can ask to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time. Email info@digitalkind.ie and we'll action it.
