This is a starting template, not legal advice, and hasn't been reviewed by a solicitor. Get it properly reviewed before relying on it for real customers or payments.
Plan The Day is a wedding planning tool for tracking tasks, guests, budget, and suppliers. We provide the software; you're responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for your own arrangements with venues, suppliers, and guests.
You're responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for anything done through it. Sign-in is passwordless (magic link) — don't forward sign-in emails to anyone you don't want to have access.
The Full and Concierge plans are one-time payments, not subscriptions. In line with EU distance-selling rules, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you haven't substantially used the paid features (e.g. sent supplier enquiries or booked through the platform). Email info@digitalkind.ie to request one.
When you add guest details — including dietary or accessibility information — you confirm you have a lawful basis to share that data with us (typically, that your guest gave it to you directly). See our Privacy Policy for how it's handled.
Don't use the service to send spam, harass suppliers or guests, or attempt to access data that isn't yours. We may suspend accounts that misuse the platform.
Plan The Day is a planning tool, not a party to your bookings with venues or suppliers. We aren't liable for issues arising from third-party suppliers, missed deadlines, or decisions made using information tracked in the app. Nothing here limits liability that can't be excluded under Irish law.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or an in-app notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
